Quality Systems

Mark first dealt with Quality Systems in 1997 as part of his duties as Director of Operations and IT at the Institute of Driver Development. Unfortunately the Institute closed, but Mark soon gained a major client - Mills & Wares - and set up their HACCP and quality systems, with Mills & Wares passing their first audit with flying colours.

Putting this experience together with his training experience and newly aquired BA in Training and Development, Mark went on to develop S.Q.M.S.: Synergistic Quality Management System, a tool that quality managers of training organisations now use to streamline audits and effectively manage their obligations under the AQTF.

Whilst working with the Professional Development Corporation, Mark developed S.P.A.R.K.: Synergistic Presentation And Resource Kiosk, a tool trainers delivering Certificate IV in Training And Assessment use to organise and facilitate delivery.
