What systems are you using for delivery? Does your Quality System support or impede progress? What language are you using ..will your customers relate to it? Have you analysed the barriers to communication, performed a SWAT analysis not just to manage business risk, but to strategise communication? Think: If you were your customer, what would stop you from buying, right now?
And the location. Yes.. Location! Location! Location! It's so important. Are you one against the crowd? Do you want to be near your competitors? Are you strategically located to align with sympathetic business concerns? Have you made such alliances? Oh yes ..place is important in fact as well as concept.
